MB Exports International: Terms and Conditions

Our terms for international / national trade are:

• If the buyer wants and provides their sample, we produce and send our counter-sample as per their sample and design.
• After approval of our sample, a confirmed order in writing giving full details of price, quantity, etc. should be sent by courier / fax.
• Letter of Credit (LC) of approved bank should be opened in our favour after our acceptance of the order.
• Upon receipt of original LC, production will commence and shipment will be made as per agreed schedule.
• Buyers have to make their own arrangements for prior inspection of shipment, if desired.
• We may require discounting of LC from the opening bank. A clause to this effect should be incorporated in the LC.
• Both bulk as well as retail buyers are welcome.
